   Starting from the first project in 1975 - The Offices and Warehouse project in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for the General Industries Corporation, the Company has built several landmark industrial and residential buildings, housing complexes, hotels and hospitals in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai. Notable among these include the Research Centre, the WED Control Centre, the Hamra Plaza, 11-400 KV Substations, Radio Production Centre for the Ministry of Information, The Emirates Sports Club at Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, DAMAC Executive Heights and NAKHEEL Discovery Gardens in Dubai, The 5-star Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai, and the 4-star Tilal Liwa Caravanserai Hotel Project in Liwa. Recently Target completed building the Khalidiya Shining Towers an iconic mixed use 38 storied twin towers in Abu Dhabi. The Company has a Special Category classification in Buildings.

The Civil Division also undertakes several Industrial Oil & Gas - heavy civil engineering, large equipment foundations, blast proof structures in live plant areas and residential complexes in remote areas. Notable projects include the Unleaded Gasoline Project for TAKREER/ COFLEXIP, the Offshore Associated Gas for ADGAS/MEPI-TECHNIP, the Sulphur Project for ADNOC/ADGAS in Ruwais, Tanks Overhaul and Revamping Works in Das Island, Power System Upgrade for ADGAS, Das Island, Sahil Accommodation for ADMA-OPCO, Das Island, Ruwais Housing Complex Expansion, Package 3, for ADNOC, and the ADCO North East BAB Administration and Accommodation Buildings at Dhabaya. The Division has to its credit several substations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and is currenlty executing the Franco Emirien Hospital in Abu Dhabi and has successfully executed the Anode Rodding Shop for Emirates Aluminium Smelter Complex at Taweelah.

The Civil Division is supported by the Inhouse MEP Department, which undertakes the design / engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of the Mechanical - Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning, Small Power and Lighting and Plumbing works for the Buildings including specialized BMS, Kitchen and Laundry systems. It also undertakes specialized industrial HVAC for the Oil & Gas sector and has successfully executed an offshore platform based HVAC project for ADMA-OPCO Taweelah Alpha Platform.

The Division specializes in fast-track projects consisting of high-speed construction works using the latest formwork technology, alternate methodologies, offsite precast construction and has its own Design and Engineering Team.
